Integrity Meats Goulburn are currently looking for a 3rd year Apprentice Butcher to join our team. We are a family-owned business dedicated to providing nutrient-dense, chemical-free produce from paddock to plate. Our butcher shop is both a retail outlet and wholesaler, servicing Goulburn and Sydney. We trade 5 days per week (Tuesday - Saturday), with a short trade on Saturdays.

We prioritize finding the perfect fit and seek someone dedicated to the trade. Therefore, we are open to discussing various options such as work experience, casual employment periods, or school-based apprenticeships. This approach allows individuals to explore and try their hand at the industry before committing to a full-time apprenticeship.

**We are looking for**:

- Enthusiasm for the art of butchery and a keen interest in learning the trade.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Dedication to quality, detail, and a high standard of customer service.

**Duties will involve**:

- General butchering duties, mincing, sausages, adding value etc.
- General cleaning duties.
- Learning to process bodies of beef, lamb, pork & chicken.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
