As an Agent Freight Operations, you will assist with the delivery of Imports and the acceptance of Export Freight to customers. You will deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient performance of clerical duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of Import and Export Freight (Domestic and International).- You’ll have
- Previous experience in a logistics, freight or airline environment is desirable but not essential
- The ability to work a 7 day rotational shift roster
- Previous face-to-face customer service skills and experience (desirable but not essential)
- The ability to work as a team or independently
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Certification
- An unrestricted Drivers licence and the ability to obtain an Air-side Drivers Licence
