**Reimbursement and Support Officer**
Acer Computer Australia, a global IT company, is seeking a Reimbursement & Support Officer to join their
Customer Service Team based in Sydney. This role support’s Acer’s Authorised Service Partners (ASPs) with reimbursement-related inquiries, payment processing, LVL 2 Escalations, shipping enquiries and communications.
The Reimbursement & Support Officer entails maintenance and organization of service partner payments, reviewing, assessing costing and pricing for Services, Warranty callouts, Part returns and penalties. The objective is to ensure Acer is market competitive while maintaining a healthy warranty and insurance support costs/revenue stream.
**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
Acer Service Partner Management
- Control additional callouts, travel requests and approvals
- Manage parts returns to drive FPR < 15 days
- Manage disputes and lvl2 escalations
- Manage and resolve shipping queries and Airroad tickets
- Maintain ASP records for payment, escalation lines and contact details
Service Financial Planning and Analysis
- Analyse trends and forecast costing based on expense and budgetary requirements
- Reconcile monthly vendor financial accounts and present to Management
- Manage the billing process for all chargeable services
- Process reimbursement claims, supplier invoices, credits, payments and penalties
**Minimum Educational requirement**
Bachelor’s Degree /TAFE / Certificate in Business Administration or related studies
**Experience, skill and competencies**
- A minimum of 3 -5 years' experience in a similar role within the insurance, financial industry or service oriented industries
- Previous experience in the IT industry would be an advantage
- Advanced data entry and numeracy skills
- Task-focused, with high attention to detail and time management skills
- Sound technical analytical skills to identify unusual situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision as well as within a team environment
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions, including when it is necessary to escalate
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $32.31 - $103.21 per hour

**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Reimbursement Officer: 3 years (preferred)
