**Role Description/Criteria**
- Salesian College Sunbury is a Catholic co-education Secondary College in the tradition of St John Bosco. _

**Primary Purpose**

The Year Level Learning Leader’s main role is to oversee the academic achievement of students within a specific year level. bThey will know the students in their year level extremely well in order to guide, respond and challenge them to be their best in order to maximise student outcomes. They are responsible for managing and setting the tone for the year level, by providing personalised support, collaborating with staff, to foster a positive and nurturing school environment that promotes student growth, resilience, and overall love of learning.
