- Salary Range Band 5 $72,168 - $83,699 (per annum) plus 10.5% Super
- Full time - 3 Month temporary contract position.

**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced individual to join the St Kilda Film Festival team to help plan and deliver the event through coordination of ticketing and participation elements of the 2023 St Kilda Film Festival to be held in June this year.
The successful applicant with have the ability to integrate with multiple ticketing systems, provide exceptional customer service, manage teams and communicate effectively with a broad range of people.
**Duties**:

- Maintain invitation lists for key St Kilda Film Festival events
- Manage all Festival ticketing elements including sales, venue box office, complementary ticketing, ticketing staff supervision and customer service
- Coordinate guest activity for international and interstate guests attending the Festival on invitation
- Monitor and report on Festival ticket sales throughout the festival life cycle.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating all aspects of a Festivals ticketing inventory, system, sales, and distribution.
- Communication skills adaptable to all levels of stakeholders and general public
- Ability to manage own time, plan & organise own work
- Proficiency in customer service skills and principles
- The requires evening and weekend work during delivery of the Festival.
