**Total Tools Brooklyn** is currently searching for a** Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant** who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an opportunity to utilise your current skills and experience within a store that focuses on your growth and development.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with various team members, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships. Please note that weekend and some public holiday works is required.

**You Will Be Responsible For**:

- Processing sales transactions
- Providing advice and information on products
- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
- Maintaining store displays

**Does This Sound Like You?**
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Has worked with and understands tools
- Experience with Pronto system preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in the store in order to maximise sales and exceed customer service expectations
- Available for **weekends** and some public holiday work
