The Handyperson is a critical role in the maintenance of our Lorna Jane Headquarters and the 100+ stores around Australia. Performing repairs and upkeep on property structures and facility equipment, the Handyperson may be required to travel interstate to support our retail locations.

This position will be based at Lorna Jane HQ in Eagle Farm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing maintenance and upkeep to Lorna Jane’s Headquarters and all local stores.
- Reporting any areas of concern to the Maintenance Manager.
- Proactively assessing the wear and tear of equipment and furnishings in common areas and completing repairs
- Performing minor building maintenance repairs as necessary
- Sourcing and delivering building materials, tools, and other items as required.

**Profile**:
You will have previous professional experience in general maintenance/handyperson roles and the ability to travel intestate if required. With a valid driver’s license, you will have knowledge of and commitment to the Workplace Health & Safety Act and relevant fire safety regulations.
A trade qualification would be highly regarded as well as a forklift license, however not essential.
You will be highly capable with all operation of hand tools and machinery, proficient in time management and prioritisation.

You will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a predominantly female environment with a professional and respectful manner. You have a customer service mindset, and pride yourself on your initiative and helpful attitude. You are a natural problem solver, and able to work without supervision. You embrace change and are open to training and skills development.
