**About the role at Boral**

The Sales and Operation Planner is a key role within Boral’s Cement Finance Team to lead the sales and operations planning process for our national Cement business. Reporting to the Finance Manager for Cement Logistics and S&OP, this critical role will have a demand focus and will assist with improving decision making and the efficiency of our supply chain planning to in turn drive future production. As an established and valued role in the business, you will benefit from joining a cohesive and collaborative team with a common understanding of their purpose combined with good tools and processes already in place to ensure effective delivery of desired outcomes.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Quality Assurance - Ensure processes, procedures and tools meet quality requirements set by the organization
