As a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for

The day of day coordination of service delivery under the Commonwealth Home Support Program

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in either role you will have**:

- Exceptional communication skills and effective conflict resolution management
- The ability to remain objective in confronting and challenging situations.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft products, databases and other platforms.
- Act with integrity, are a self-starter, possess emotional intelligence and have the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent working knowledge and respect for older Australians
- Possess cultural intelligence to work with a diverse team.
- Clearances in Aged Care, NDIS worker screening, and hold a current police check.
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Possess a natural empathy and understanding of older Australians.
- Coordinator experience preferred but not essential.
