As a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for

The day of day coordination of service delivery under the Commonwealth Home Support Program

Skills and Experiences:

To be successful in either role you will have:

• Exceptional communication skills and effective conflict resolution management
• The ability to remain objective in confronting and challenging situations.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft products, databases and other platforms.
• Act with integrity, are a selfstarter, possess emotional intelligence and have the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent working knowledge and respect for older Australians
• Possess cultural intelligence to work with a diverse team.
• Clearances in Aged Care, NDIS worker screening, and hold a current police check.
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Possess a natural empathy and understanding of older Australians.
• Coordinator experience preferred but not essential.
