The Travel Corporation is a leading travel company compromising of well-known travel brands such as Contiki, AAT Kings, Trafalgar, Adventure World, Uniworld and Insight Vacations. It is comprised of 40 sales offices and 10,000 team members globally, whilst serving over 2 million customers annually across more than 70 countries.
**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Answer incoming enquiries and match our products with customers’ needs using the Consultant Sales Process (CSP) to identify their exact needs.
- Identify lead opportunities on inbound sales calls and utilize CSP skills to overcome objections and help customers through the buying funnel.
- Hunt for leads on live chat, social media and other travel channels to engage interested customers.
- Maximise opportunities to sell, up-sell, and participate in initiatives for increased sales.
- Book all products and services accurately in various reservations systems such as Tropics, Longitude, and Amadeus.
- Respond to and nurture all brochure requests and handle all bookings inclusive of groups.
- Use Salesforce effectively to nurture new leads and follow-up on existing open opportunities to increase sales performance.
- Prior experience within a sales environment with exceptional selling skills essential.
- Superior standard of customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and passion for helping others.
- Ability to build, cultivate, and nurture relationships with customers, travel partners and colleagues.
- Computer proficiency.
- Travel industry experience highly regarded.
