CHEP Network is looking for a new breed of Account Manager - CRM/Loyalty
As an Account Manager - CRM/Loyalty you are the heart of your team, the boss of the day-to-day. You know the business inside-out and you know how to make the agency work. This role would also work hand in hand with our Automation team to support content development & CX strategies that work harmoniously into the CRM strategy for a blue-chip client.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and deliver eDM campaigns
- Suggest and implement optimisations and report results back to the SAD/client
- Work with the client on delivering communication plan & strategies
- Development and ownership of task and production briefs.
- Day to day running of a complete CRM programme, working alongside Studio & Mailhouse
- Work closely with client on sales forecasts to manage stock in hand
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- In collaboration with SAD, help write creative briefs that leverage insights and contain inspiring propositions.
- Management of project budgets, utilising budget trackers and completing reconciliations when necessary.
- Adhere to agency processes (creative, broadcast, print, digital) and suggest recommendations for improvements.
- Proactively manage the relationship between the agency and external suppliers.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Approx. 2 years agency / CRM experience
- Strong client management skills
- Problem solver and ability to think beyond the presented remit
- Solid team player and a good communicator
- Ability to work cross department and enjoy collaborative work to focus on a single goal
- Data - driven
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build solid relationships - both internally within the agency and with the client
- Always positive, even in circumstances of extreme pressure
- Loves working with people and gets on with anyone

- CRM experience advantageous
