**About you**

You'llbring:

- Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
- An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
- An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
- Understanding of financials and business performance
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry -**a plus but certainly not essential**

**About the role**

The Personal Banker - Relief role is Permanent Full time but enables you to work across a range of branches, allowing you to have genuine variety in your work week. You'll get variety, moving between front-of-house concierge, finding solutions and educating customers, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.

This position is located across **Strathpine and Mitchelton**, where flexibility is key and relief allowances will apply.The role is **F** **ull **T** **ime** **.** The roster is **76** hours per fortnight.
