Personal Banker - Carindale

Suncorp Group is seeking motivated Personal Bankers to deliver exceptional levels of sales and service to customers. Join our team at the Carindale branch on a permanent full-time basis with multiple roles available, offering 37.5 hours per week.

Our Personal Bankers offer exceptional sales and service within our customer channel at Suncorp. In this role, you will engage with customers following our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are customer-centric.

What you'll do

  • Engage with customers following our connect conversation framework, prioritizing customer interests.
  • Provide stellar service to help customers secure their futures and protect what matters, through digital and telephony channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly to prevent repeat contacts, regardless of the interaction channel.
  • Make customer-centric decisions in line with processes, procedures, and risk tolerance.
  • Contribute to bank growth in lending, deposits, and insurance interactions.
