**About the Role**:
As a Service Technician or Senior Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the organization, ensuring the flawless installation, programming, and maintenance of security systems. You will be a key player in providing peace of mind to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities for the Role**:

- Interpret floor plans, schematics, and product manuals to execute precise installations.
- Efficiently prevent, de-escalate, and resolve site issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct rough-in and cabling tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Skillfully fit off equipment, including handsets, card readers, cameras, and rex buttons.
- Expertly program and commission CCTV, Intercom, and Access Control systems.

- Demonstrated experience in programming **Innerange systems**:

- Strong technical acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric approach with outstanding communication abilities.
