Student Support Officer

We are currently seeking a senior Student Support Officer to join a group of highly motivated professionals and friendly individuals based in Prestons. This role is initially part time requiring 3 days of the week in the office, preferably Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, although flexibility is considered.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the educational programs and effective maintenance of various enrolment processes and the related data entry
- Providing proactive support to students with assessment enquiries
- Directing relevant student enquiries to trainers and assessors
- Assisting with online assessment tracking and student assessment submissions.

**To be successful you will be able to demonstrate your**:

- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and to develop good working relationships with staff, students, managers, trainers, L& D team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, dynamic and solution-focused environment, often under pressure.
- Ability to work with computers and different programs, Zoom, Excel etc
