About the role

As part of our Donor Engagement & Experience business unit, you’ll play an important role of focussing on delivering an exceptional digital experience for our donors to ensure we retain and grow our donor base.

Leading a Digital design team of skilled designers, web administrators and UX experts, you’ll be responsible for the strategic road map and day-to-day management of the Digital Marketing Eco-system including the Website, Mobile, App and Voice. You’ll collaborate with operations and the larger Marketing team and act as a champion of the user experience across Lifeblood.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your extensive knowledge of user experience and human centred design tools and techniques to understand and translate customer motivations and needs into improvements to our service delivery and donor experience.

**Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for**:
Experience in an Agile environment, managing end to end UX projects

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Design, Marketing or IT is required with a solid understanding of user layer web technologies and standards

Formal UX training/development

A customer centric focus with the initiative and drive to deliver results to tight deadlines

Extensive experience in digital product and/or business website ownership

High aptitude for technology with strong skillsets in complex digital products to market, Google Analytics and Google SEM

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model of working from home and from our West Melbourne office (located 10minute walk from Southern Cross & Flagstaff station)
