**This Opportunity**

The **Digital Marketing Specialist** will support the Media Lead in driving business objectives through systematic campaign-specific planning, execution, and overall measurement. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with cross functional teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations. You’ll have a passion for digital marketing & data. You will have the ability and have worked with multiple paid search, social and display tools i.e., Google Ads, Analytics and Facebook Business Manager. We want you to bring high energy & drive to manage several campaigns concurrently, and the desire to be responsible for the development of creative marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**
- Optimise ROI on digital media spend using analytics platforms to provide actionable insights on digital marketing activities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage online acquisition activities using paid channels primarily for our Vodafone brand.
- Support the Media Lead in reporting back on the effectiveness of projects, campaigns, key performance metrics and online sales.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and optimize campaigns using real-time performance/ROI.
- Play a key role in the planning and management of SEM.
- Analyse the purchasing patterns, online traffic, and performance for the purpose of understanding the effectiveness and detailed performance of each campaign.
- Focus on driving data/insight-driven decision making into everything we do.
- Devices launches - get them to market and supported
- Work with key digital partners like Google, Meta, Tik-Tok and YouTube.
- Achieve and succeed on sales & profitability growth targets from direct acquisition advertising across all current digital channels of SEM, Paid Social, Online Video, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.
- Be at the forefront of emerging digital trends and platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and report the finding to key company stakeholders.
- Put the consumer first by making data-based recommendations on web user experience.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Strong experience in online marketing acquisition experience with expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven skills in Google Ads, SA360, and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on management and optimisation of paid search campaigns.
- Track record of driving digital media efficiencies.
- Experience in media planning across various digital channels.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets using MS Excel.
- Data-driven with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and bonus if you have Facebook Blueprint.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing desirable.
- Confidence in presenting recommendations and results to key stakeholders.
