Confluence Water, a Ventia, Downer and Jacobs Joint Venture, is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water. We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain, hail or shine. We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years.

Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire. Due to significant growth plans, we have an opportunity for a **Civil Supervisor **who will be responsible for providing site supervision and delivering high quality project services within the Networks team. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, you will act as the ‘owner’ of the physical construction site with overall responsibility of the product being constructed safely, in accordance with the agreed Construction Methodology while minimising impact to our community and the environment.

**THE ROLE**
- Manage trades meetings, site inspections, trade allocations, and quality assurance
- Maintain a safe workplace, carry out site inductions and observations, high-risk inspections and incident inspections
- Monitor compliance to HSE Management systems and client technical specifications
- Implement management plans, traffic management strategies and site cleaning
- Manage material deliveries and movements
- Ensure QA documentation is completed progressively throughout the project
- Implement program activities with the Project Engineer and Superintendent.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous Supervisory experience in infrastructure is advantageous
- Proven team management & organisational ability
- Ability to perform toolbox talks confidently
- The proven ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- High level interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
