Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three regional delivery consortia providing services under Sydney Water's Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

**THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Facilities Maintenance Supervisor** to join the Maintenance team in a full-time permanent role. In this position you will ensure the Site works activities are undertaken efficiently, to the highest quality and zero harm standards. You will coordinate trade resources, materials, and equipment, whilst providing leadership to our existing team and encouraging a collaborative, improvement focused culture.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Indepth understanding of statutory Facilities Maintenace requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or trade discipline.
- Exposure to planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
- Utilities experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organisational skills.
