**How this position will Make the Difference to City of Melbourne**

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Adviser to assist in delivering best practice creative services including graphic design, videography and photography, agency management and distribution services. The position is part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that creates visual content to support the delivery of strategic communication plans across our diverse channel and audience mix.

You will work closely with the Senior Adviser-Production, on a pipeline of day to day graphic design and multi-media content, as well as supporting the delivery of high profile creative projects. This role provides considered and timely creative support to the organisation and is a trusted and reliable point of contact for relevant stakeholders and suppliers.
**What you will bring**
- Ability to demonstrate and display City of Melbourne Values - accountability, integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence;
- A tertiary qualification in Design, Media, PR or Communications with relevant experience in an agency or similar environment;
- A working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud product suite is essential (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or equivalent);
- Demonstrated experience in digital and print based graphic design as well as some basic knowledge of photography and videography production;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to brief external suppliers, create production schedules and quality control deliverables;
- A well-developed customer centric approach with the ability to establish good stakeholder relationships.
