**Your new team**
- The Medical Workforce and Education Unit is a collaborative team, supporting both the junior and senior medical workforce
- Medical Education is a small and enthusiastic team committed to providing the highest level education to all medical staff utilising the skills of our clinical experts
- The Medical Education team has responsibility to ensure all educational activities are in line with best practice initiatives and organisational priorities

**Your success in this role, will be in your ability to**
- Work closely with the Manger of Medical Education and other key stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluation education opportunities.
- Ensure education aligns with the accreditation requirements from the various external agencies
- Support the wellbeing of medical staff
- Develop and maintain key working relationships
- Be able to be dynamic and nimble in your approach to your work

**Your Contribution**
- You have demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate educational opportunities for medical staff
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure the smooth running of all education and wellbeing sessions
- Facilitate evidence based education incorporating adult learning principles
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Have flexibility on working hours
