**Our Client**

Housed in bright modern offices on Sydney’s Eastern Beaches, our client is a boutique Real Estate agency who has developed a stellar reputation across their 50+ years of operation in the area. With a strong connection to the suburbs that they service, they have strong core values which include supporting and developing their staff in a one on one and personalised way

**Duties**:
This is an incredible opportunity to step into Real Estate and learn all aspects of the industry. Primarily based in the Property Management / Leasing team, you will also work across Sales and Office support with some of your duties including:

- Advertising properties available for rent
- Liaise with and addressing queries from tenants
- Prepare for and conduct open homes, including ensuring properties are immaculately presented
- Draft leases
- Database management
- General sales and office support
- Able to do business development for additional commissions

**Specific requirements**:

- A strong desire to be in and learn Real Estate
- Current Certificate of Registration / License
- Car & Drivers license
- Live in and knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs is desirable
