**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Practice Lead for our Talent Potential portfolio, you will work in partnership with the Culture and Capability business unit, broader People and Culture (P&C) division, leaders, and other stakeholders, to lead an integrated portfolio for Talent Potential, that will support Australian Retirement Trust to become recognised as an Employer of Choice, known for purpose, impact, holistic wellbeing, belonging and connection.

In this role you will put customer outcomes and connection to enterprise and people strategies at the heart of all that you do. Strategically and innovatively leading the Talent Potential portfolio, you will coach, develop and monitor the performance of culture and capability practitioners and collaboratively partner across practice areas and the broader People & Culture team.

The Talent Potential portfolio will include, but may not be limited to, the following specialty areas:

- Strategic workforce planning
- Succession planning
- Talent strategy
- Early entry and diverse talent pipelines

To be successful in this role, you will be an empathetic leader who enjoys collaboration and experimentation that will promote a culture of innovation and learning. We are looking for a natural leader who can respond effectively to changing environments by adapting and developing new skills that enable personal, team and organisational development.

Furthermore, your skills and qualifications may include the following:

- Demonstrated experience operating as a senior specialist, and leading people and culture initiatives end-to-end, including cross-functional project teams.
- Experience in talent management (including diverse talent strategies); strategic workforce planning; organizational design; and people/employee value propositions.
- Experience working as a Specialist or People and Culture Business Partner within complex matrix and/or merger environments
- Adaptive and experienced people leader with strengths in coaching, developing capabilities, and leading specialist practitioners.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and experience designing customer-centric solutions that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Sound understanding of the Agile methodology and/or experience operating within an Agile environment (preferred)
