**About The Opportunity**:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, offering product information, and addressing customer needs. Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and resolutions.
- Act as a trusted consultant for walk in clients who may be looking for their next internal design change
- Coordinating the scheduling of production and installation of orders.
- Assisting with day-to-day activities of the office.
**About you**:
- Good computing and administrative skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and Internet Explorer is essential.
- No industry experience is required - We will provide training on this.
- You are happy to complete tasks outside of your job scope.
- Prior experience in an office administration/support role is preferred. Strong understanding of day-to-day office duties.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
**The following would be advantageous**:
- Bilingual - English and Mandarin speaking.
- Able to work Saturdays (One of 5 working days will be on Saturday)

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
