Architectural Drafter

Due to increase in job, we are looking for a experienced Draftsperson/Architectural Draftsman who have worked for a low to medium sized residential plans and knows about the building planning for SEPP Codes and worked in to lodge Determination Application for councils.

**Role**
Have to design all form of drawings including sales plan with 3D render Facade, Building planning documentation, Site Plans, and Construction details with electrical, plumbing and kitchen joiner deatsils in the plan. Along with providing support to enable procurement of associated inputs such as engineering, energy ratings, town planning and building permits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing compliant design solutions.
- Cooperating with sales team to incorporate input and deliver results in time.
- Producing drawings to enable Sales Agents to present solutions to clients.
- Working alongside Project Manager to provide relevant information on go.
- Contribute to weekly workflow planning, ensuring drawing tasks are completed and identifying any blockages threatening on-time delivery.
- Uphold quality control processes to ensure accuracy of drawings.

**Skills and Experience**
Experience within NSW low to medium density housing drafting i.e single dwelling (single and double storey) and duplexes.
- Strong Revit or AutoCAD experience.
- Proven knowledge of domestic construction methods including ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical aspects of design and construction.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
