Program Manager - Cyber Security

The role

As part of our Professional Services group, the Program Manager (Cyber Security) will be responsible for the management and continued growth of the Cyber Security Professional Services consulting business within Saab Australia. This will involve utilising your knowledge, experience, leadership and business development skills to set the strategic direction for this business team and aligning with Saab Australia’s Corporate Strategy to drive ongoing business growth. This will include providing a suite of Cyber Security and Risk Advisory related services across government and industry; as well as supporting Saab Australia’s project initiatives and internal requirements.
- Lead and manage the development and review of the Cyber Security Professional Services Business Strategy, aligned with the Saab Australia Corporate Security Strategies;
- Ensure suitable engagement with all stakeholders, for increased awareness of the Cyber Business strategic management approach and timetables;
- Provide leadership, advice, guidance and support to develop the Cyber Security Professional Services team, Saab staff, clients as well as Saab’s Cyber Security and Risk consulting line of business;
- Supervising, mentoring and motivating members of the Cyber Security Professional Services team to enhance the delivery of Professional Services;
- Overseeing commercial performance of the Cyber Security Professional Services Program including liaison with commercial, legal, finance, procurement and other relevant stakeholders
- Develop campaign and capture plans to secure key government and industry sector markets;
- Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office, 9 day fortnight will be considered for this role._

About you
- Your skills and experience will include:_
- Leadership and management capabilities, cultivating a strong collaborative culture and productive team dynamics;
- Planning and leading the growth of a professional services based team delivering technology or governance based outcomes;
- Experience in program and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets concurrently;
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills (with the client, project delivery teams and the business)
- Strong business acumen including sales, financial and commercial skills and experience;
- Broad knowledge and experience across various information security domains and technologies with industry certifications including: IRAP, CISA, CISM. (desirable)

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
