**Selection Criteria**:
SC2: The ability to work within an interdisciplinary team and deliver strength and conditioning support to the Specialist Sports Program, primarily within the netball program.

SC3: Demonstrated high level planning and execution of athletic development practical sessions.

SC4: Experience in the provision of rehabilitation and return to play programming and coaching.

SC5: Demonstrated strong communication and feedback within the SSP to the performance team and to other stakeholders within the school community.

SC6: Demonstrated high-level situational awareness, self-reflection and commitment to professional learning and growth for both self and others.

**Role**:
The ability to design and deliver high-level youth athletic development services and curriculum to the Western Heights College Specialist Sports program.

Develop systems, programs and long-term athletic development plans for the netball program and its student athletes.
- Deliver strength, conditioning and training preparation programs primarily to the netball cohort.
- Deliver programs that demonstrate the schools values of courage, community and integrity, supporting the SSP mantra of 'excellence in sport and life¿.
- Manage the physical performance testing, data collection, evaluation and feedback for the netball program. Use this data for ongoing reporting, assessment and analysis.
- Support the assessment of injuries in student athletes and co-lead triage to physiotherapy and allied health services.
- Support student athletes with continued education in high performance areas including nutrition, sports psychology, injury prevention, recovery and woman¿s health.
- Work with WHC staff to ensure long term development plans are in place for all SSP students
- Co-develop standards for performance, aptitude and behaviour that help with the student athlete selection process for incoming students
- Provide mentoring opportunities and professional development for assistant coaches within the SSP

**Responsibilities**:
