**About the role**
Glen Eira Leisure (GEL) offers fitness, recreation, and aquatic education services across multiple sites in Glen Eira, including the premier Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC). At GEL, we are passionate about providing outstanding service to improve the health and wellbeing of our community and everybody is welcome

The role is predominately based at Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC) and reports to the Customer Service and Business Coordinator.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated customer service skills and the capacity to manage a team
- A thorough understanding of administrative and human resource processes and the ability to improve these processes
- Demonstrated experience and level of proficiency in coordinating staff members within a variety of service environments
- Sound negotiation skills and the ability to diplomatically handle conflict both from staff and customers
- Experience in retail operations and sales
- Senior First Aid Level 2/CPR
