**Raine and Horne Newcastle (Residential & Commercial Divisions) - Team Wallace** is looking for the next addition to their dynamic team. If you are a real estate sales associate who is hungry for progression with a desire to grow and be mentored by one of our Managing Directors, then this rare opportunity could be the one for you.

**The Role**
- Working in both the residential & commercial sales divisions of a leading agency
- Prospecting the local area which includes a mix of cold and warm calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping - training and support provided
- Attending open for inspections as well as private inspections
- Preparing weekly open for inspection packs
- Building and maintaining relationships with current clientele including vendors, buyers, solicitors, trades etc.
- Providing general sales support to the sales director and his team
- Preparing and attending appraisals
- Database management and data entry
- Assisting with coordination of advertising and marketing where required

**Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential - It's about personality, attitude, and desire to succeed to join this tight knit team**
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Immaculate personal presentation is a given
- Driven and highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
