- **About the opportunity**:_

We have an exciting opportunity for an **Assistant Store Manager** to join our team on a **full-time **basis. Based in our **Sydney CBD** and **Bondi Junction** stores your key responsibilities will include;
- Motivating staff to overachieve on KPI's
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Working with management to achieve the objectives and results for the company.
- Hands-on approach to serving customers, merchandising and managing your team.
- **Skills and experience**:_
- 2+ years of management experience in a hardware or customer focused retail environment.
- Outstanding track record in driving sales and a customer service culture.
- Ability to motivate and drive your team and lead by example.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
