We're currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for a Casual Administration/Book keeper role, available for up to 20 hours per week with flexible hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information and support to visitors and callers.
- Assist with event and activity coordination.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Uphold the organization's positive and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

- Experience with MYOB
- Studying Finance/Accounting/Book keeping
- Experience in an administrative role is beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience in data entry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated reliability and flexibility.

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping/Admin: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
