About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Club Manager in our Brisbane CBD location to assist with the day to day operations of the club. You will be responsible in helping build and develop a team, planning sales and marketing strategies, selling memberships, performing day to day operational duties and developing a customer centric club culture.

About You
- Self
- Motivated work ethic with an eye for detail
- Sales and marketing experience desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
- Reliable, honest and pro active
- Cert 111 in Fitness (or equivalent industry knowledge - desirable)
- Experience with Social Media and IT skills
- 100% Committed to providing OUTSTANDING customer service
- Fast leaner

You will be responsible for attracting new members into the club through referrals, lead generation and outreach.
