**The Role**

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to make a world of difference in their next role. We’re looking for someone who understands recruitment, wants to be involved in project work; wants to be part of a successful team and importantly, have fun while bringing exceptional talent into our roles with SBS and NITV.

The duties include and are not limited to:

- Engaging with key leaders and stakeholders to define, design and implement Indigenous talent sourcing solutions
- Supporting the ongoing development of the SBS and NITV Employer Value Propositions in market.
- Coordinating and supporting the SBS Indigenous internship and cadetship programs
- Coordinate our Career Trackers and guide them to greater opportunities
- Developing an engaged and active Indigenous talent community
- Executing on specialised employment programs and strategies
- Represent SBS at Community Engagement events
- Work with universities to engage with Indigenous talent and share opportunities

SBS has a decentralised recruitment model, at times you will be performing ened-to-end recruitment, however, there are a lot of talent projects you will get to work on

**About you**
- You enjoy creating strong stakeholder relationships and working to deadlines
- You are proactive, positive, and able to engage with everyone
- Experience working within either an agency or internally and or you may have a mix of both
- Exposure with talent projects; cadetship, work experience, EVP
- Above all, you enjoy working in this space
