**Your Opportunity**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our Sterile Goods Management (SGM) Marketing team, to drive the market share of our leading General Surgical Instrument and Sterile Technology portfolios.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage all marketing and business aspects of the Sterile Goods Management portfolio including budget, annual marketing plans, and customer and Sales team training along with the SGM marketing team
- Carry out day to day marketing responsibilities for the SGM team including stock control, back orders, pricing and forecasting
- Lead the rollout of digital apps to support the Sterile Goods Management portfolio
- Work with SGM team on the SGM marketing strategy and tender responses
- Coordinate and attend relevant trade shows, professional and in house conferences
- Monitor sales forecasts, product budgets and sales results
- Develop market analysis and dashboards and provide recommendations to the Marketing Manager
- Work closely with the sales team to create marketing and sales tools to help achieve sales objectives

**About You**

Ideally, your background will include:

- **Several **years’** product marketing experience in medical devices, ideally in surgical instruments**:

- **Clinical experience / knowledge would be highly regarded**:

- **Digital marketing experience, including launching apps**:

- **Diploma or Degree qualifications in Marketing (or equivalent experience), or currently studying**:

- Strong team orientation and approach
- Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
