**Key responsibilities of this role**: - Coordinate and quality assure draft Ministerial and Executive correspondence (specifically grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting), for the Minister and the Director-General, Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts. Maintain and monitor the tracking and administrative workflow systems, including registration, distribution, and reporting systems for Ministerial and Executive correspondence. Provide information, training, and advice to departmental officers regarding the format, style, timelines, procedures, and other technical aspects of Ministerial and Executive correspondence to ensure the effective preparation and coordination of Ministerial and Executive correspondence. Assist departmental staff to ensure that the appropriate processes and standards are adhered to in regard to Ministerial and Executive correspondence. Assist officers within Cabinet and Executive Services in the provision of a coordination and quality control service for the preparation of responses to Ministerial and Executive correspondence for other client departments reporting to the Minister. Monitor correspondence standards and protocols, ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and timeliness of briefing materials ensuring liaison with key officers to facilitate efficient and effective documentation processes. Maintain, monitor, and evaluate effective and efficient systems and databases to support the flow of information, correspondence, briefings and other documentation. Contribute to a culture of client service, excellence and continuous improvement.
