In the last 8 years, Baker Bleu has seen significant growth - with 3 locations across 2 states (and more on the way) Baker Bleu is proud to bring back the joys of real bread using the ancient techniques of long fermentation sourdough.

Our baking team produce a dynamic range of delicious sourdough bread. We embrace modern technology, as well as unique methods to achieve our signature dark crust magic. With plans for continued growth and some exciting projects on the horizon, we’re looking for an experienced baking supervisor to join our Caulfield team.

This is an opportunity to join our thriving business in a Senior role. Build on your existing skills to learn how we bake some of the most delicious bread in the country, as well as the chance for a role that can grow with the business.

**About the role**

Working with the bread production team your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising the Bakery team to achieve production and quality goals
- Weighing, mixing, portioning and shaping dough
- Operating machinery including mixers, sourdough tank, dough divider, bagel machine and our oven and loading table
- Monitoring product to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Working within a collaborative, positive and respectful environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
