Since 1988 we have provided high-quality papercraft products and a direct-sales opportunity for our demonstrators, customers, and employees, aka "the Stampin' Up" family. We have expanded our market throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Austria, and the Netherlands. Our main mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of others by providing products to support our customer's paper crafting interests, a creative break from life's day-to-day challenges, new friends, a supportive community, and an opportunity to make extra money.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT**
**CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technologically proficient (computers, software, phone systems)
- Great customer service and phone skills
Customer service or call center experience is preferred. Are you service-oriented? Do you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills? Are you friendly and professional? If yes, we want to meet you
**CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT WORK SCHEDULE**
Our call center is not a typical call center and we are **closed on weekends and public holidays** You work **7.5** hours per day between 8 am and 5:30 pm including a 1 hour lunch, Monday - Friday**.
