**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Workplace Trainer to join the Women’s People Experience team. You will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff through non-clinical training.

A regular day will see you:

- Collaborate with various stakeholders and our People Experience team to design and implement non-clinical training programs
- Create and deliver interactive workshops on topics such as customer service, communication and team-building skills
- Continuously reivew and evaluate training solutions to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our staff

- Proven experience in delivering engaging non-clinical training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders and teams to achieve common goals
