**Job description**:
1. Market education and training (for disties, resellers, commercial customers)
- Develop and deliver customer presentations, product introductions, and technical sales training to all channel partners(distributor and reseller).
- Preparing relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations, conducting training sessions for demonstrating new products and services, and supporting the sales team in organizing the presentation and training of product demonstration.
- Answer customer's questions and collect feedback for internal reference

2. Case Solution Planning Skills
- Tech-support for any technical issues/project inquiry from customers.
- Plan QNAP solutions based on customer usage requirements and communicate the benefits of QNAP solutions.

3. Visit customer with Distie / reseller to explain the QNAP solution and advantage

※ Location required: Sydney or Melbourne based
※ The contract will consider to be continued depend on the actual performance
during the service period once the expiring date of the contract is due.

- **Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor
- Major: Business Management, Industrial Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Language: Fluent in English Familiarity with Mandarin is a plus
- Experience: Pre-sales/FAE related working experience in IT industry at least 3-5 years.
