**THE ROLE**

Based: Head Office, Mona Vale NSW
Position: Operations and Production Coordinator

As Operations and Production Coordinator, you will be a core part of the team responsible for optimizing and delivering systems and efficiencies in areas of customer service, business and administration services, production and supply chain within our growing business. With a hands on approach, you will work between digital and physical products, including involvement in the design, prototyping and production phases.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**OPERATIONS**
- Daily operations involved with the supply and sales of ZETR product.
- Manage the flow of sales from order through to dispatch.
- Customer facing after sales and logistics management eg. freight tracking.
- Relationship management with suppliers and distribution network [3PL].
- Inventory System [CIN7] management and daily process of orders.
- Manage inventory held on site, including stock receiving and stocktakes.
- Project manage integration of software platforms [CIN7, ShipStation and Salesforce].
- Champion the inventory platform [CIN7] and provide training and assistance to the team.
- Data entry and upkeep of clean data across software platforms.
- Work closely with Demand Planning team to ensure supply chain fulfillment and flow.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and wider team to solve problems, coming up with solutions.
- Proactively assess and reassess business environment to resolve operational issues or in efficiencies.
- Generation, preparation, distribution and filing of internal and external reports, handbooks.
- Manage international freight, road freight with distributors and partners.
- Assist in the daily operations of the ZETR Studio and Showroom.

**PRODUCTION**
- Assemble, pick, pack and dispatch our line of made-to-order products.
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock and components for made-to-order products.
- Conduct Quality Control [QC] checks on components, products and samples.
- Track, monitor and prepare reports related to components, products and samples.
- Storage and management of inventory related to finished products and components.
- Update production and stock logs using Inventory Management software platform.
- Implement, track and update WHS policies and procedures for our ‘light industrial’ workspace.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop and production area.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Exceptional work ethic with a sense of urgency and results oriented focus.
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously.
- Ability to take every task to the ‘finish line’ and improvise when required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with competing importance and deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 360 Suite.
- Experience in CIN7 or similar inventory management platform.
- Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM.
- 1+ years of office management or operations experience.
- Relevant qualification in business administration and/or management [not essential, preferred].

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
