Allied Health Assistant

**Role description**:

- Seeking a casual administration & allied health assistant for a growing speech pathology clinic. We are a family run business providing services to children aged 2-12 years.
- Must have weekday availability (no weekend work)
- Casual role comprised of both admin / clerical work in our clinic, and therapy assisting (including completing intervention programs with pre-school and school aged clients)
- This role will _ideally suit a second or third year speech pathology student_, offering great learning opportunities
- Sunnybank Hills location with ample parking and no mobile travel
- Late September start date

**Key Requirements**:

- Be studying a tertiary degree in Speech Pathology OR possess a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assisting (with experience in speech pathology settings).
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a great phone manner, high level organization skills and competence with Microsoft Office suite
- Professional disposition with good understanding of healthcare settings
- Experience working with children will be _highly regarded_
- A warm and friendly personality with good people skills
- Must have current paid Blue Card / Working with children check
