As the **Hotel Assistant Manager **for our residential tower, The Star Residences, you will liaise with guests, owners & body corporate to provide security and customer relations, ensuring exceptional customer service is received by all guests during their stay. With excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming, you will be a confident individual with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience for our residences.

**What are we looking for?**
- Hotel management & rooms experience working in a strata managed hotel
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to deliver a high standard of service
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage guest feedback and handle complaints
Managing the day to day operational demands of a busy environment
- Knowledge of Opera PMS system & Sihot preferred
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends
- Genuine desire to serve the needs of customers with a strong personal responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a large team
- This role will have a big focus on staff, guest and stakeholder management and planning
