During your traineeship, you'll be employed by us, while completing on-the-job training with HVTC in our Penrith office. We'll provide you with ongoing mentoring and support to help you achieve your career goals and unleash your true potential.

**What you'll be doing**

You will complete a Certificate III Business - Business Administration over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

- Greet and handle customer services, via both phone and face to face customer contact
- Carry out basic administrative duties
- Complete data entry and records management tasks
- Upkeep of general office housekeeping duties
- Support the purchasing of stationary, office supplies and payments of basic invoicing
- Provide reception coverage and welcome visitors
- Support our internal recruitment team to assist in business operations
- Liaise with internal staff across our NSW locations

**What you'll bring to the table**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:

- Comfortable working with computers and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Desire to deliver strong customer service and go above and beyond for others
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Confidence to handle challenging situations and resolve inquiries in a calm manner
- Commitment to full term of traineeship and study requirements
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks

It will also help if you have:

- Experience in an administrative based role or a customer facing role
