Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients, answering phone calls, and directing enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Scanning and electronic filing
- Assisting in data entry and document management
- Providing friendly and prompt customer service and support
- Performing other related duties as required
There is no experience necessary, as your demonstrated willingness and commitment to learning is more valuable - and our team is prepared to provide all training and support; however the following are essential:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Driver’s licence
- A willingness to learn and commit to undertaking a Certificate III in Business Administration
- A friendly and positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and initiative
- Skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy, variable workload
