The main aim for Performance Mine Mechanical is to provide quality, skilled and safety orientated labourers and staff to the mining industry. Performance Mine Mechanical is now looking for a highly experienced Metal Fabricator to join their team.
- Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
- Constructing base templates if necessary.
- Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
- Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears.
- Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work.
- Fabricating and constructing metal components.
- Grinding and finishing completed products.
- Performing quality checks on completed products.
- Conforming with state and company safety regulations.
- Completing job reports.

**About you**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Metal Fabricator;
- Strong maths skills;
- Proficiency with metal fabrication tools including shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses;
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints;
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy parts;
Job type: Permanent/full-time

**Salary**: $90,000 - $105,000

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Welshpool, WA 6106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Metal fabrication: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
