**The System Analyst is critical to making this happen and will**:

- Work with technical SMEs, system, service and asset owners to collect, review and collate relevant information, including system documentation, technical data mapping from source to target including transformation rules, business rule definitions and asset health as inputs into the dependency mapping of critical operations
- Synthesis of relevant information into data requirements to support the deliverables of the program
- Assist with the implementation of operational changes required to support CPS230
- Liaise with both operational and technology functions across the ANZ where required to complete inquiries and deliverables
- Work across business units, divisions and enablement functions to identify opportunities for efficiencies which can be applied across all Business Units
- Support in the facilitation of guidance and awareness sessions to business representatives on the CPS 230 Standard and operational resilience methodology and purpose including the framework, policy and procedures
- Partner with the Critical Processes and Operations Lead, Process Engineers, Business Analysts and other people in your squad to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries and sequencing of user stories

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Extensive technical and process analysis, modelling/mapping skills
- Working knowledge of CPS230, business continuity and operational resilience practices
- An analytical mindset with a focus on proactive problem-solving.
- Understanding of business & technical landscape
- Knowledge of financial services, it’s customers and related business drivers
- knowledge of the technical systems that support financial services
- Communication & Facilitation Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate analysis outcomes
- Ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholder groups
- Plan and manage analysis outcomes
- Ability to plan, estimate and manage analysis work
- Ability to facilitate ceremonies and drive outcomes
