We collaborate, amplify and embed Queensland's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, experience, self-determination and truth telling at the centre of State Library's actions.Your opporunity:

- Deliver high quality onsite and online statewide programs connecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in regional and remote communities to State Library's collections and services while meeting State Library's service commitments.
- Lead and participate in high performing team/s in the development of creative and engaging library and cultural services, and programs in collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
- Engaging and partnering with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, artists, and communities to maintain, strong relationships that contributes to the Queensland Statement of Commitment to reframing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

It is a genuine occupational requirement for this role to be filled by an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person as per Section 7 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 for the purpose outlined in Section 25 of the Act.
