- The opportunity:_
- A rare and exciting opportunity has become available in our operational Management team. We are looking for someone who has skills, expertise and experience to really drive our philosophy. As this a brand-new center so you can develop it the way you want and support us with staff hiring and training, auditing the policies and enrolling kids._
- Your responsibilities:
- _
- _You will lead, inspire and mentor our team of educators._
- _Work directly with center director to ensure compliance, quality improvement plans, implementing education and programs, embedded to highest of standards and work in best interest of children._
- _Ensure philosophy, policies and practices are implemented in daily activities._

- Must have:

- _Minimum of Diploma in early childhood education and care, preferable Bachelor of education in early childhood._
- _Minimum of 2 year's experience as center manager._
- _Great understanding of National Law, regulation, EYLF and MTOP._
- _Demonstrated experience of leading educators and supporting room leaders._
- _Capability to assist in the development of policies and procedures ensuring the best practice._
- _Experience in conflict resolution and performance assessments and workplace relations._
- _Understand and assist the center to meet KPI's_
- _Current hold of WWCC, Police clearance and Proda account._
