Role: As our Casual/PT Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their experience with us. You will handle incoming calls, manage appointment bookings, greet visitors, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our center.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $20.33 - $49.68 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caroline Springs, VIC 3023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
